01 | CONNECT — 15-Minute Check-In
We begin with a personal check-in. What's happening in your life? What are you navigating? Where are you feeling stuck, curious, or ready for change?
Together, we'll identify your intentions and create a grounded foundation for our time together.
02 | RECEIVE — 40 Minutes of Intuitive Channeling
From there, I move into a channeled state, opening a space for intuitive messages and spiritual guidance.
Every session is unique. We may explore recurring patterns, relationships, life transitions, energetic blocks, or possibilities that are ready to be acknowledged.
This portion of our work may also incorporate Reiki, energy healing, meditation, and transformational coaching, depending on what naturally unfolds.
03 | EMBODY — 20 Minutes of Somatic Integration
Insight is beautiful. But how do we actually live it?
We close our session by bringing the experience back into your body and everyday life.
Through somatic awareness, breathwork, grounding, reflection, or gentle movement, we'll explore how to integrate the messages you've received and identify practical next steps.
Because transformation isn't just about what you understand.
It's about what you embody.

Transformation doesn't end when our session does. You'll have one week of follow-up support via text or voice memo to ask questions, reflect on insights, and receive additional guidance as you begin integrating the work into your daily life.
